the pain is agonizing…i dont want this to set me back, but ive never felt this much pain before.
Week two, here we come!
Okay so i discovered a love of special k, SO, here we go…
Breakfast : Bowl of Cereal.
Lunch : Bowl of Cereal.
Dinner : Regular meal.
I usually skip breakfast and am all over the place when it comes to lunch. I want to eat healthy so the challenge seemed like a fun thing to try…I’m going to snack on cereal later tonight, but tomorrow it starts completely. :]
Today really fucking kicked my ass, i don’t know why, but I decided to kick up my jogging pace from 4.5 to 5 mph….Yeah…greaaaat idea….But, you know what, i didn’t fucking quit, i went all the way through my running work out. (Sure I tore myself apart to motivate myself every time my 90 second walking came about but you know what, fuck it, it worked to keep me going)
It hurts. I can’t breath when I’m doing it. My legs were going to give out. But I FUCKING DID IT.
I’m proud.
Tomorrow is my recoup day, so instead Im going to do some LETS DANCE on wii :]
I’m a sweaty mess, and it may make me feel gross when I start running, but when I finish I get sooo sooo sooo proud of myself!
I can do this…I have to do this.
For myself…
I want to be comfortable with myself and happy.
